With the support of friends who understand your journey, and a professional nutritionist and fitness trainer; you will learn skills to cope with the symptoms of grief. Honor yourself, your loved one, and your family with the gift of good emotional and physical health during these difficult times.
If you are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s, dementia, cancer, or physical disability from a stroke, you may experience anticipatory grief for the person your loved one once was. Stress, Anxiety, Sadness, Exhaustion are just a few of the feelings you may experience. Bereaved family and friends also experience similar symptoms while grieving and adjusting to a new normal.
Attendees can greatly benefit from a strong support system, guided and demonstrated chair or standing stretching skills, simple mindful meditation, and reliable sources of information. Group attendees appreciate a relaxing atmosphere, a sense of acceptance, a feeling of being understood, and helpful tips for self-care.
