Portsmouth, RI - Albertine F (Leroux). Jordan, 89, of Portsmouth, RI, passed away Monday, May 13, 2013 surrounded by her family at her son's home. She was the wife of the late Charles J. Jordan, Jr.Born in Fall River, MA on January 21, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Rosealba (Mousseau) Leroux. Mrs. Jordan had worked for various textile clothing manufacturing companies in Fall River. She was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church and a member of the Portsmouth Multi-Purpose Senior Center. She is survived by her son Charles J. Jordan III and his wife Joan Camara of Portsmouth, RI, her sister Irene Paradise of Swansea, MA, and her grandsons Brian Jordan, Alex Jordan and Daniel Jordan.She was the sister of the late Raymond Leroux, Eugene Leroux, and Charles LerouxCalling hours will be held on Thursday, May 16, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm in Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth.
