Alice B. Fitzgerald

Middletown, RI- Alice B. Bulha Fitzgerald, 89 of 2 Bartlett Road, Middletown, Rhode Island died Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Hospice By The Sea in Boca Raton, Florida. She was the wife of the late John F. Fitzgerald. Born in Fall River, MA on January 3, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Joseph S. and Mary Ferry Bulha. Well known for her musical talents, for many years she was the Choir Director and soloist at St. Marys Church. Her career continued at De La Salle Academy, Newport, as an administrator, teacher and Glee Club Director for over a decade. She is survived by her sons, John F. Fitzgerald and wife, Kim, of Boca Raton, Florida and James C. Fitzgerald of Indonesia.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 9:00 am in St. Marys Church, Spring Street, Newport.
