Alice Semas

Middletown, RI - Roselina Rodericks Semas, 94, of 9 Bayview Park, Middletown, RI, died Monday, May 19, 2008 at Heatherwood Nursing and Subacute Center, Newport, RI. She was the wife of Joseph Semas. Born in Middletown, RI on Jan. 20, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Mary Rodericks.Mrs. Semas was a cook at Salas. She was a communicant of St. Josephs Church. Besides her husband of nearly 25 years, she is survived by her son John Rodericks of Florida, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and twelve great-great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Robert James Peters, Richard Rodericks and Bobby Petersand the sister of the late Manuel Rodericks, Joseph Rodericks, Emily Ferreira, Mary Rodericks and Annie Rodericks. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at 10:00AM, in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Burial will be in St. Columbas Cemetery in Middletown.Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, from 5-8 in the funeral home.
