Alicia Margaret Tartaglino

Newport, RI - Alicia Margaret McCullagh Tartaglino, 92, of 126 Kay Street Newport, RI, died Sunday, December 21, 2003 at St. Elizabeth?s Manor Bristol, RI. She was the wife of the late John J. Tartaglino. Born in Drum, County Monaghan, Ireland on December 20, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Stewart and Eliza Norris McCullagh. Mrs. Tartaglino came to the United States in 1931. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Newport She is survived by her son John J. Tartaglino of Tiverton, RI, her daughter Joan A. Schmidt of Tiverton, RI, nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Thomas McCullagh, Alexander McCullagh, George McCullagh, Elizabeth Strong, Florence Nebbs and Sarah McCullagh. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2003, at 1:30 PM from the Memorial Funeral Home 375 Broadway Newport with a Funeral Service at 2:00PM in First Presbyterian Church, corner of Broadway And Everett Street Newport. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown.Donations in her memory may be made to the First Presbyterian Church 6 Everett Street Newport, RI 02840.
