Cranston, RI - Aloysius Burcz, Jr., 68, of 111 Howard Avenue, Cranston, RI, died Saturday, January 12, 2008 in Cranston, RI. He was the husband of Carol Peckham Burcz of Middletown. Born in Richmond, VA on March 12, 1939, he was the son of Sophie Lepak Weaver and the late Aloysius Burcz, Sr. Mr. Burcz was the manager for Scott's Rug Company for several years. Besides his wife and mother he is survived by his children, Alan Burcz of Newport, RI, Scott Burcz of Middletown, RI, Robert Burcz of Charleston, SC and Greg Burcz of Virginia, his brothers, Leon J. Weaver of Littleton, MA, Stanley F. Weaver of Newport, RI, Joseph D. Weaver of Derry, NH, his sisters, Jean Mathews of Middletown, RI and Dorothy A. Weaver of Tiverton, RI and three grandchildren.He was also father of two predeceased infant boys and one infant girl and the brother of the late Elmer R. Weaver. His funeral will be private.
