Andrea K. (Daily) Mcintosh

Andrea Kathleen (Daily) McIntosh passed away unexpectedly on June 12, 2015, at the age of 48. Andrea is survived by her three children Shelby, Laura, and Caroline McIntosh and their father Murray "Mac" McIntosh of North Kingstown. She is also survived by her father, Arthur Daily and her siblings Matthew, Chris, Alison, and Paul. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sherrill Daily of Portsmouth, RI.Andrea was born on September 19, 1966, at University Hospital in Madison, WI, to Arthur and Sherrill Daily. She is an alumnus of Portsmouth High School, class of 1984. She graduated from UC Berkeley in May of 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and continued on to attain a law degree from NYU in May of 1997. After marrying Mac McIntosh that same year, the two moved to Redondo Beach in California where she was employed as an attorney with the law firm of McDermott, Will, and Emery in Los Angeles. She worked there for 3 years before moving back to North Kingstown, RI in 2000 to be closer to her family. Andrea was a tue academic, an avid reader and a lover of music. She was a loving daughter, sister, and mother and will be greatly missed by all.Visitation is scheduled from 4pm-7pm on Friday, June 26th at Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth. A public memorial service for Andrea will be held Saturday, June 27th at 3:30pm at St. Matthews Church, 87 Narragansett Ave, Jamestown. A reception will be held immediately after at the St. Matthews Hall.
