Ann M. Mulvey

Ann Marie Wade Mulvey passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 21st at the age of 85. Ann, a native of Marlborough, MA, graduated from Regis College. She traveled extensively with her devoted husband, Bill, who is a retired US Marine Corps Colonel. Ann and Bill enjoyed many years dining out in various establishments in the local area. She was especially fond of sightseeing and visiting the many historic sites in Newport and Providence, RI.Ann was a loving mother, avid interior decorator and enjoyed many crafts especially crewelwork. She is survived by her husband Bill of 63 years, her three daughters, Jan of Virginia Beach, Paula of Vienna, VA and Donna of Cranston, RI, and her son David of Warwick, RI. Also two grandsons, David Berglund of Virginia Beach and Brian Clark of Washington, DC; three great-grandchildren, Ryan, Eric and Trent of Virginia Beach. She was a very classy, kind, open minded and patient woman who we will miss greatly.Calling hours will be held on Saturday, September 25th from 9-10 am in Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Rd., Portsmouth, RI, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Rd. Portsmouth, RI. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery, Middletown, RI.
