Portsmouth, - Ann Marie Nunes McFee, 86, of 125 Quaker Hill Lane Portsmouth, formerly of 3 Holten Avenue, Newport, died Friday, January 24, 2003 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI.She was the wife of the late Ret. Deputy Chief, Newport Fire Department, Robert Caddell McFee. Born in Newport, RI on May 10, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Joseph S. and Isabel M. Vargas Nunes.Mrs. McFee was a Communicant of St. Lucys Church, Middletown. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Ann Barry of Mansfield, MA, three grandsons and seven great grandchildren. Her funeral will be held on Monday, January 27, 2003, at 8:00AM, from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9:00AM, in St. Lucys Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown. Donations in her memory may be made to the Newport Rescue Wagon Fund, 21 W. Marlborough Street, Newport, RI 02840.
