Anna Frances Richardson

- Anna Frances Richardson, 81, of 44 Annandale Road Newport, died Friday, June 21, 2002 at Village House Newport, RI. She was the wife of the late Raymond Earle Richardson. Born in Newport, RI on Jan. 26, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Axel and Anna Egan Helgesen. Mrs. Richardson worked for many years at the Newport Post Office on Thames Street as a clerk. She is survived by her sister Martha Marie Babbitt of Tiverton, RI and Friend Albert ?Jim? Quinn of Middletown, R.I. She was the sister of the late John Helgesen. Her funeral was held Wednesday, June 26, 2002, in the Hambly Funeral Home ?Brick House? 30 Red Cross Avenue, Newport where the Rev. Everett Greene conducted services Burial was in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.Casket bearers were friend Kevin Quinn, friend Jim Quinn, friend James Quinn, nephew Steve Governo, nephew Luke Governo, and nephew Casey Governo.Memorial donations may be made to the Robert Potter League for Animals, P.O.
