Anne M. Kelleher Corbin, 78, of Main Road, Tiverton, RI, died peacefully at home on Thursday, June 18, 2009 with her family at her side.She was the wife of the late Peter M. Corbin, HMC, USN, Ret.Born in Boston, MA on December 12, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Margaret Sullivan Kelleher.Mrs. Corbin was a member of the A.S.P.C.A. and was an avid animal lover.She is survived by her seven children, Mark B. Corbin of Fulda, Germany, Carol Anne Corbin of Burke, VA, Michele M. Corbin of North Kingstown, RI, Victoria Macomber of Tiverton, RI, Nannette Corbin of Middletown, RI, Janet L. Myers of Portsmouth, RI, and Claudia Inverso of North Kingstown, RI; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 9 a.m. in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI, followed by burial in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter, RI.Visiting Hours will be held Monday, June 22, 2009 from 5-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
