Antoinette Leandera Tessmer Orlando, FL - Antoinette Leandera ?Toni? Tessmer, 47, of 1730 Woodviolet Drive Orlando, formerly of Newport, RI, died Saturday, July 17, 2004 at home. Born in Newport, RI on Aug. 22, 1956, she was the daughter of John T. Tessmer and Shirley Garcia Tessmer. Ms. Tessmer lived in Newport for 45 years before moving to Orlando, FL. She worked for Cozy Cab Transportation, the Newport Daily News, the Newport Police Department as a matron, and Napa Auto Parts in Middletown, RI. After moving to Orlando she went to work for Universal Studios. She is survived by her parents John T. and Shirley Tessmer of Orlando, FL Grandmother Mary Lou Garcia of Attleboro, MA, a daughter Rhonda Tessmer of Festus, MO, two sons John Dubois of Middletown, RI, and Steven DuBois of Orlando, FL, two brothers Joseph Tessmer of Middletown, RI, and Steven Tessmer of Cocoa, FL, a sister Lillian Lauricella of Newport, RI, and one granddaughter Faleasha Manning of Middletown, RI.She is also survived by several aunts and uncles and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Manuel and Lillian Garcia, and uncles Tony, Victor and Bill Garcia. Her funeral will be held Thursday, July 22, at 8:00 AM from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9:00 AM in St. Marys Church, Spring Street, Newport. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown.
