Portsmouth, RI - Antonetta Toni Maria Schuller, 62, of 48 Sprague Street, Portsmouth, died Wednesday, June 23 at home after an extended illness.She was the wife of David Schuller. Born in Providence, RI on February 10, 1942, she was the daughter of Yolanda Perretta Pagliarini of Coventry, RI and the late Frank Pagliarini. Mrs. Schuller began her career as a Language Arts teacher in the Newport School Department. She later worked in the Coventry, RI and Vallejo , CA School Departments. For 32 years she taught at Guiteras and Kickemuit Middle Schools in the Bristol Warren Regional Schools until her retirement in 2002. She was a loving and devoted teacher who wanted to help all children love reading. In her retirement, she volunteered in the Portsmouth School Department at Hathaway Elementary School. She was also a member of the Fall River Carousel Lions Club for 14 years. Mrs. Schuller was a person with many loves and interests. She enjoyed travelling, Broadway musicals, reading, going to the gym, walking on the beach, and spending time with her daughters, family, and friends. She expressed her energy and creativity in everything that she did. Besides her husband of 39 years and her mother, she is survived by two daughters Kimberly Anne Schuller of Warren, RI, and Stephanie Anne Schuller of Portsmouth, RI, and her brother Stephen Pagliarini of Coventry, RI.Her funeral will be held on Monday, June 28 at 8:00 am from the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9:00 am at St. Lucys Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown.
