Arnold S. Anderson

Old Greenwich, CT - Arnold S. Anderson, 82, of 1525 East Putnam Avenue Old Greenwich, formerly of Newport, RI, died Saturday, November 30, 2002 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI.He was the husband of the late Sally Stilwell Anderson. Born in Sweden, on March 23, 1920, he was the son of the late Carl A. S. and Ellen Anderson Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a Sales Executive with the former US Plywood and Champion International now a division of International Paper. He served as a regional manager for New England. He grew up in the fifth ward of Newport, and moved after college to New York for his career. He later lived in Old Greenwich, but always loved returning to Newport. He is survived by two daughters Sandra Anderson Boles of Old Greenwich, CT, and Dr. Susan G. Anderson of Woodside, CA, and a sister Eris Anderson White of Middletown, RI, and two granddaughters Kelly Boles and Shannon Boles both of Old Greenwich, CT. His funeral will be held Saturday, December 7, 2002, at 11:00am in First Congregational Church Of Old Greewich, 108 Sound Beach Ave, Old Greenwich, CT.
