Hodgson Kelly Walton, 96, of St. Clare Home, Newport, RI, formerly of 14 Vernon Avenue and 104 Warner Street, Newport, RI, died Monday, March 13, 2006 at St. Clare Home, Newport, RI. She was the wife of the late Henry W. Kelly and the late William Walton. Born in Newport, RI, on November 7, 1909, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ida Knowe Hodgson.Mrs. Walton was a former member of the Catholic Daughters of America, the Order of Redman Degree of Pocahontas Past Great Pocahontas for Rhode Island and the Queens Daughters. She was a communicant of Jesus Saviour Church. She was the cousin of the late Ruby Harris. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2006, at 8:00 am from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 am in Jesus Saviour Church, Broadway And Vernon Avenue, Newport.
