Charles Steven Soliozy Jr

Newport, RI - Charles Steven Soliozy, Jr., 47, of Heatherwood Health Care Center Newport, formerly of 24 Red Cross Avenue, died Friday, March 26, 2004 at Heatherwood Nursing And Subacute Center Newport, RI. Born in Newport, RI on February 6, 1957, he was the son of Charles Steven and Sadie Hidson Soliozy of Newport, RI. Mr. Soliozy was a 1975 graduate of Rogers High School. He attended Roger Williams College and was a public accountant. Mr. Soliozy was a member of the National Rifle Association. He was an avid hunter in Canada and Maine. Mr. Soliozy enjoyed collection miletaria from WWII and Vietnam Era and building models from those wars. He attended St. Spyridons Greek Orthodox Church. Besides his parents he is survived by his son Charles S. Soliozy III of Newport, RI, his daughter Charissa Soliozy of St. Petersburg, FL, his brother Stephen Soliozy of Ipswich, MA, his sister Kathleen Mary Prout of Coronado, CA and several nieces and nephews.His funeral was private.
