Chester Franklin Mosher Sr

Newport, RI - Chester Franklin Mosher Sr., 89, of Newport, died Sunday, June 22, 2014, at Elmhurst Extended Care in Providence, RI. Born in Newport, RI on April 18, 1925, he was the son of the late Erford Mosher and Cornelia (Hull) Mosher. He was the husband of the late Muriel (Pearson) Mosher. Mr. Mosher proudly served in the US Army during WWII and was the proprietor of a Mosher's Service Station in Newport. He is survived by his son Chester F. Mosher Jr. and his wife Cynthia of Portsmouth, RI, his daughter Patricia A. Pimentel and her husband Antonio of Middletown, RI, his brother, Donald Mosher of Newport, RI, and his sister Phyllis Mulligan of Houlton, ME, his grandchildren Janice L. Fiscus and Kevin F. Mosher of Virginia Beach, VA, and Christopher A. Pimentel and Amanda N. Pimentel of Middletown, RI, and his great grandchildren, Jacob B. Fiscus and Lindsey B. Fiscus. Besides his wife, Muriel, he is preceded in death by his siblings Arthur, Milton, Irving, Malcolm, Erford, Earl, Leonard (Lenny), Lloyd, Charles and Nelly.
