Middletown, RI - Christina A. (Bell) Logan, 65, of Middletown, died Sunday, September 28, 2014, at Forest Farm Health Care Center Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Richard H. Logan. Born in Long Beach, CA on October 7, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Robert T. and Evelyn (Huff) Bell. Christina was a lover of Art and Literature, and was an avid gardener. She loved animals too. For a number of years she was the planner and coordinator of the Kennedy Haunted House and Harvest Fair, at the John F. Kennedy School in Middletown, RI. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, they were her pride and joy. She also had a special bond with her mother in law, Marcia Logan; she was always appreciative of the love and support that she received from her sisters in law, Robin Dings, Rhoda Ackermann and especially, Kathy Woodruff, who was very supportive to Christina in her final days. She is survived by her sons Richard W. Logan of Key West, FL, and Keir D. Logan of Middletown, RI, her daughters, Deirdre Logan of Webster, MA, Jennifer Logan Allen of Minneapolis, MN, and Christina M. Logan of Grafton, MA, her granddaughter Layla Allen, her brother Michael S. Bell of Holland, her half-brother Robert Thomas Bell IV of Newburyport MA, her half-sister Heather Bell Newburyport, MA, and her nephew Greg Bell. Calling hour will be held on Saturday October 4, 2014 from 4-7pm in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, RI. Her funeral will be held on Sunday October 5, 2014, at 11:00 am in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.
