Christopher T. Wolz, 45, of Portsmouth died Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, in Providence, RI. Born on January 14, 1970 in Newport, RI, he was the son of Louise (Jakubowski) Wolz of Portsmouth, RI and the late Richard Wolz.He is survived by his sisters, Cynthia Wolz-Hill and her husband Scott of Northbridge, MA, Sharon Tisdale and her husband Brian of Lake Elsinore, CA and Debra Correia and her husband Ted of Portsmouth, RI, and several nieces and nephews.He was the brother of the late Mark Wolz and Rick Wolz.Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, from 11:00AM - 1:00AM, in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.Burial will be private.In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to Philip Hulitar Center, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
