Constance Barbara "Bobby" Watts

Newport, RI - Constance Barbara Bobby (Frazier) Watts, 81, of Newport, died Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI. She was the wife of the late John Henry Watts Sr. Born in Newport, RI on January 24, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Walter L. and Beatrice C. (MacDonald) Frazier.Mrs. Watts managed the Robert Potter League for Animals for over 17 years. She dedicated her life to the care of animals. Mrs. Watts was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church. She was a member of the Middletown Senior Center, the Friendship Club and Recycled Teenagers. She is survived by her children, John Jay H. Watts Jr. and his wife Kathleen Ann, of Newport, RI, Jeffrey E. Watts and his wife Susan Marie of Newport, RI, and Jacquelynn OLoughlin of Newport, RI, her brother Walter L. Frazier Jr. of Middletown, RI, her sister Sandy Frazier of Portsmouth, RI, ten grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.She was the mother in law of the late Daniel M. O'Loughlin. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 - 7:00pm in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday December 3, 2013, at 9am, from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am, in St. Josephs Church, Broadway, Newport.
