Cynthia Ann Blake, 63, of Stafford Road, Tiverton, RI, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 with friends by her side.Born in Lowell, MA on April 15, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Barbara Colby Blake.Cynthia grew up in Wilmington, MA and had been a longtime resident of Newport, RI.
