Daniel E. Heimann

Middletown, - Daniel E. Heimann, 47, of 252 Oliphant Lane Middletown, RI, died Tuesday, September 2, 2003 at home.He was the fianc of Leslie Younce. Born in Fairfax, VA on May 19, 1956, he was the son of Denise Mermod Heimann of Middletown, RI and the late Jack Heimann.Mr. Heimann was a 1974 graduate of Middletown High School. He started the former Dans Radiator Shop on 2 mile corner from 1975 to 2000. After he sold the business he became an entrepreneur in real estate owning several rental properties in Middletown including the Sand Piper Cottages and others. Mr. Heimann was a member of the Newport Pool League and was a team captin and league corrdinator. He enjoyed boating in the harbor. Besides his fianc and mother he is survived by his son Jamin Marshall of Portsmouth, RI, two daughters Shannon Marshall of Portsmouth, RI, and Deborah Younce of Middletown, RI, his brother Richard Heimann of Katy, TX, his sister Susan Hawes of Portsmouth, RI, his grandson Nicholas Marshall and several nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2003, at 11:00AM, in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.
