David John Weaver

Portsmouth, RI - David John Weaver, 45, of 38 South Drive, Portsmouth, RI, died Saturday, February 20, 2010 at home.Born in Newport, RI on May 30, 1964, he was the son of James E. and Joyce Hanson Weaver, of Hudson, FL.David worked as a maintenance technician for Sunny Acres Mobile Homes for 14 years. He was an avid fisherman. He loved boating, gardening, and playing cards with his family. Besides his parents, he is survived by his daughter Katelynn Weaver of Portsmouth, RI, his step son Christopher Adams of Bristol, RI, his brother James M. Weaver of Portsmouth, RI, his sister Lori Kintner of Portsmouth, RI, four nephews, two nieces, two great nephews, one great niece and many friends. His funeral will be held on Friday, February 26, 2010, at 10:00 am in Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth.Burial will be private.Calling hours will be held Thursday, February 25, 2010, from 6-9 in the funeral home.
