Diana A. Campagna

Middletown, RI - Diana Alvino Campagna, 95, of 4 Wood Terrace, Middletown, RI, died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at home surrounded by her family.She was the wife of the late Frank N. Campagna, USCG, Ret.Born in Revere, MA on December 8, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Alfonso and Mary Scotti Alvino.Mrs. Campagna served in the United States Army Womens Air Corp during World War II. She worked as a real estate agent for Prudential, as well as managed the Naval Station Newport Day Care Centers for many years. She is survived by her children, Dr. Anthony F. Campagna, and his wife Pamela G. of Hamden, CT, Lt. Frank Campagna, MPD ret., and his wife Diane L. Campagna of Middletown, RI, and Diana C. Skaggs and her husband JohnMichael Skaggs of Middletown, RI, , her sisters, Elena Tontodonato of Stoneham, MA, Marie Fitzgibbons of Brookline, MA, and Gloria Alvino of Hingham, MA, her granddaughter Amy Punchak of Providence, RI, her step grandchildren, Todd Skaggs, Travis Skaggs, Christopher Crocker, Anthony Crocker, and Jason Crocker, her great grandchildren, Oscar Punchak, Vivian Punchak and Simone Punchak and her step great grandchildren, Scarlett and Louis Robinson-Skaggs and Nora Juraska. She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Alvino.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at 10:00AM, in St. Columba Cemetery Chapel, Browns Lane, Middletown, RI.Memorial donations in her memory may be made to a charity of ones choice
