Dolores Ann King

Middletown, RI - Dolores Ann Cerciello King, 73, of Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown, RI, formerly of 39 Rogers Lane, Middletown, died Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Raymond Eugene King. Born in Brooklyn, NY on June 18, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Julia Mondo Cerciello. Mrs. King worked for many years in private duty as a nurses aid. She was a member of St. Michaels Charismatic Episcopal Church where she was involved in their charitable works. She was also a former member of the Navy Wifes Club. Mrs. King also volunteered at Newport Hospital. She is survived by her son Raymond King of North Providence, RI and her daughter Angelina Russell of Tiverton, RI, her sister Mildred Castilano of Brooklyn, NY, her grandchildren, Jennifer King, Sarah King, Steven King and Emily King and her great granddaughter Jenna Paiva she also leaves her beloved friend Margaret Rice. She was the sister of the late Louis Cerciello, Angelo Cerciello, Thomas Cerciello, Nicholas Cerciello, Cecelia Aliperto and Antoinette Cerciello. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2008, at 10:00am, in St. Michaels Charismatic Episcopal Church, 427 East Main Road, Middletown. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 1, 2008, from 2-4 and 7-9 in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, RI.
