She is survived by her husband, Richard W. Talipsky, Captain, US Navy, Retired.. Born in Binghamton New York, a daughter of the late Martha and Ferris Lebous, she lived in numerous locations throughout the world as a navy wife, including Connecticut, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Nebraska, California, Virginia, South Carolina and Italy. She is also survived by her son, Christopher A. Schwaller, and his wife, Gina, of Seoul, South Korea; a brother, Patrick T. Lebous, and his wife, Edna, of Binghamton, New York, two nieces and a nephew, and two cats, Sticky and Lil? Bit. She was predeceased by her sister, Lorraine Colton. She was a Lector and Eucharistic Minister at St. Christopher?s Roman Catholic Church in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 20 at 9:00am from Connors Funeral Home 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Christopher?s Church. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.She had an abiding love for animals. Donations may be made in her memory to Potter League for Animals, P.O. Box 412, Newport, RI 02842.
