Portsmouth, RI - Doris Alda Parker Lincourt, 91, of Fairview Lane, Portsmouth, RI, died Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence, RI.She was the wife of the late Joseph O. Lincourt. Born in Newport, RI on August 23, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Horace and Alvhild Steijen Parker.Mrs. Lincourt was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church where she was very active with the ladies aid at the church. She loved to bake and was a very devoted mother and loved nothing more than being a loving grandmother She is survived by her sons, John Lincourt of Lincoln, RI, William Lincourt of North Smithfield, RI, and Robert Lincourt of Burriville, RI; her grandchildren, John Lincourt of Cumberland, RI, Joshua Lincourt of Coventry, RI, Andrew Lincourt of Longbeach, CA, Michael Lincourt of Lemoore, CA, Jennifer Lincourt of Perth, Australia, Charlotte Lincourt of Woonsocket, RI, and Grace Lincourt of Cinncinnati, OH; and her great-grandchildren, Cameron Lincourt, Violet Lincourt and Ellie Lincourt. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 9 from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, with a service at 10 am in St. Peters Lutheran Church, 325 Broadway, Newport, RI.Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 4, 2011 from 5-8 pm in the funeral home.Burial will follow in St. Marys Churchyard in Portsmouth, RI.
