Doris Densmore

Doris Elfriede Densmore, born on June 12, 1941, passed away on August 1, 2024, in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. She was a vibrant and dedicated woman whose love for her family knew no bounds. Her heart was filled with joy for her wonderful sons, Erik Densmore and his wife, Rose from Westminster, MD, and Briggs Densmore from Portsmouth, RI. She held her beloved grandson, Conar Densmore, from Westminster, MD, especially close to her heart, cherishing every moment they shared together. Doris was a bookkeeper at the Sportsman Restaurant for two decades, where she also worked as a dedicated waitress.

Doris had a passion for crochet, gardening, and flowers, finding solace and joy in the beauty of nature. She took great pride in her work and was a beloved member of the community. Her warm smile and kind heart touched the lives of many.

Burial will be private.

Doris will forever be remembered for her unwavering love, dedication, and gentle spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the beauty of the flowers she so dearly loved.
