Doris Mae Aguiar

Portsmouth, - Doris Mae Davis Aguiar, 73, of 233 Brownell Lane, Portsmouth, died Saturday, August 9, 2003 at Grace Barker Nursing Center, Warren, RI.She was the wife of the late George Aguiar. Born in Bar Harbor, Maine on March 2, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Doris A. Hooper Davis. Mrs. Aguiar had worked as a bookkeeper for Almy-Chase Contractors many years ago. She is survived by two sons Stephen M. Aguiar of Portsmouth, RI and Donald G. Aguiar of Bristol, RI, her daughter Karen H. Silvia of Portsmouth, RI, her sister Gwendolyn Mignino of Florida and six grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Charles Davis and Donna DiMartino. Funeral services were private.Memorial donations may be made to the Grace Barker Nursing Center, 54 Barker Avenue, Warren, RI 02885. Arrangements are by the Connors Funeral Home, Portsmouth.
