Doris Medeiros

Middletown, RI - Doris Mary Medeiros, 93, of Middletown, RI, formerly of Freeborn Street, Newport, died Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Francis Frank Medeiros. Born in Woonsocket, RI on August 9, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Verthune and Mildred Lavagee Rondeau. Doris lived and worked in the Fairhaven area for many years. Upon retirement, she and her husband moved to Newport. Over the last several years, she enjoyed Bingo at Grand Islander.She is survived by her daughter Marie Pam Holubesko of Middletown, RI , and grandson Keith Holubesko and his wife Jenn also of Middletown, and two great grandchildren, Morgan and Carter. She also leaves a sister in law, Margaret Medeiros. Services will be private.
