Dorrie R. Richardson Dorrie R. Richardson, 89, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away Monday, November 13, 2006, at Heatherwood Nursing Home, Newport. She was the beloved wife of the late William A. Richardson. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Edna Railing. Dorrie and her husband maintained a summer home in Newport where Dorrie was a tireless volunteer for many local organizations, including the Tennis Hall of Fame, the Newport Music Festival, Meals on Wheels, and various animal protection groups. Dorrie is survived by a step son Craig Richardson of Jamestown, and her three nephews Chip, Bill, and Andy Railing all of Wheeling, WV. Services will be private.
