Edith Reynolds

Middletown, RI - Edith Morell Reynolds, 89, of the Grand Islander Health Care Center, 333 Green End Avenue, Middletown, formerly of Blenheim Newport, 303 Valley Road, Middletown, RI, died Sunday, January 21, 2007 at the Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Joseph M. Reynolds. Born in Brooklyn, NY, on February 28, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Elgin and Edith Duryee Morell.Mrs. Reynolds had worked as a statistician for the US Department of Commerce for 20 years, retiring in 1966. Mrs. Reynolds loved to travel and enjoyed the theatre. She was a lifetime member of Association for Research Enlightenment in Virginia Beach, VA. She is survived by her daughter Linda R. Hilliard and her husband Ted of Middletown, RI, and her sisters Margaret Campbell of Madison, NJ, and Carolyn Morell of Buffalo, NY, and her grand dog Molly. She was the sister of the late Elgin D. Morell.Memorial service will be held in Rhode Island and Maryland at a later date.
