Edward Dietrich

Middletown, RI ? Edward ?Bill? W. Dietrich, 76, of 303 Valley Road, Middletown, RI, also of Charles City, Iowa, died Saturday, January 20, 2007 at Newport Hospital. He was the husband of Cozette Z. Smith Dietrich. Born in Freeport, Illinois, on May 26, 1930, he was the son of the late Ted and Cora Dietrich. Mr. Dietrich was a 1952 graduate of St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Besides his wife of 50 years, he is survived by his children Georgette Dietrich of Burnsville, MN, Teresa Custer of Hayward, WI, Tom Dietrich of Fresno, CA, Kim Walker of Forest City, IA, Jolene Trees of Frankfort, IN, David Dietrich of Voluntown, CT, and Billy Dietrich of Burnsville, MN, sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Dad dedicated his life and love to his family and had a passion for Notre Dame Football.Funeral services will be held in Charles City, Iowa at the Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. The wake will be held at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, Charles City, Iowa, Friday, January 26, 2007 with the rosary at 4:30 pm and scriptures at 6:30 pm.
