Eileen Dorothy Potts

Eileen D. Stewart Potts, 88, of Shangri-La Lane, Middletown, RI died Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Heatherwood Nursing Subacute Center in Newport.Born in Newport, RI on January 28, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Mayberry Stewart.Mrs. Potts was a harness specialist at Raytheon Corp. before retiring.She enjoyed walking, plant hopping, animals, and will be sadly missed by her family.She is survived by two sons, Arthur J. Potts and Kenneth E. Potts, both of Middletown, RI; nine grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; cousins and many firends; and her two cats, Jake and Missy.Her funeral service will be held Friday, July 3, 2009 at 10 am in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.Entombment will be in Newport Memorial Park, Middletown.Calling hours will be held Thursday, July 2, 2009 from 4-8 pm in the funeral home.Memorial Donations may be made to Paws Watch, P.O.
