Corriera Jaquette, 73, of 87 Girard Avenue, Newport, RI, died Sunday, February 5, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, RI.Born in Portsmouth, RI on May 9, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Jesse D. and Mary Aguiar Corriera.Mrs. Jaquette worked in private duty as a nurses aide. She was a member of Friends Evangelical Church.She is survived by her children, Antone B. Rydberg of Vancouver, WA, Robert A. Dashnaw of Jamestown, RI, Sue-Anne Cruz of Tiverton, RI, Mary E. Wynn of Vancouver, WA, Lisa M.Dashnaw of Middletown, RI, Denise A. Acosta of Middletown, RI, and Dana M. Paiva of Portsmouth, RI, her step brother Paul Boiani of Providence, RI, her step sister Mary-Lee Wall of Plainville, MA, twenty two grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.She was the mother of the late James L. Rydberg. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2012, at 11:00am, in Trinity Cemetery, East Main Road, Portsmouth.
