Eleanor Rodda

Newport, RI - Eleanor G. Rodda, 75, of Watson Street, Newport, died Thursday, August 26, 2004 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI.She was the wife of the late James S. Rodda. Born in Newport, RI on October 13, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Elizabeth Mockler Gleason.Mrs. Rodda was a member of the former Jayceettes in Newport. She is survived by her daughter Diane Stepalavich of Cranston, RI, two grandsons George ?Skip? Stepalavich of Cranston, RI and James R. Stepalavich of Santa Rosa, CA, four Great Grandchildren and two nieces Lynn Lewis of Harrisville, RI and Marilyn Mason of Hope Valley, RI.She was the mother of the late James ?Steve? Rodda and the sister of the late Mary Gleason. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 30, 2004, at 10:00AM, in Trinity Cemetery, East Main Road, Portsmouth.
