Elizabeth Bahney Mills Middletown, - Elizabeth Bahney Mills, 96, of 191 Forest Avenue Apt. #116, Middletown, RI, formerly of Northgate Apartments, Middletown, RI, died Sunday, July 25, 2004, at the Forest Farm Health Care Center, Middletown, RI.She was the wife of the late Charles E. Mills. Born in Los Angelas, CA, on August 8, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Luther W. and Ada Ferguson Bahney. Mrs. Mills grew up in Connecticut and moved to Rhode Island in 1980. She was a Graduate of St. Margarets Episcopal School in Middlebury, CT, and a Graduate of Connecticut College in New London, CT. Mrs. Mills was a member of the Syracuse Junior League and the Newport Gardewn Club. She had also been a volunteer at the Newport Art Museum and the Meals on Wheels Program. She is survived by a son Charles E. Mills Jr. of Haymarket, VA, a grandson Gregory Charles Mills of Brooklyn Hills, MN, two great granddaughters Isabelle Wesley Mills of Bozeman, Montana, and Aubrey Lamb Mills of Brooklyn Hills, MN, a niece Captain Elizabeth G. Wylie USN Ret. of Portsmouth, RI, a nephew Captain Peter C. Wylie USN Ret. of Alexandria, VA. She was the sister of the late Harriette B. Wylie, grandmother of the late Christopher L. Mills, and sister in law of the late Rear Admiral J.
