Elizabeth K. French Alderman Newport, RI - Elizabeth K. French Alderman, 90, of Bellevue Avenue, Newport, RI, died Sunday, August 26, 2007 at the Newport Hospital, Newport, RI. Born in Brookline, MA, on June 19, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Marion Fisher French.Mrs. Alderman was a librarian at the Newport Library for many years. Even after retirement she continued to be involved with the library. She is survived by her son Dennett B. Alderman of West Warwick, RI , and four grandchildren Kevin E. Alderman of FL, Karla Willis of UT, Tanya Alderman of West Warwick, RI, and Heather Soares of Cranston, RI, and six great grandchildren. Her funeral will be private.Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown, RI.
