Elsa M. Jones

Middletown, RI - Elsa M. Jones, 86, died on Monday, March 17, 2014, at John Clarke Nursing Center.She was the wife of the late Michael H. Jones, Jr.Born on January 12, 1926 in Newport, RI, she was the daughter of the late John M. Jessey and Grace (Johnston) Jessey. Mrs. Jones is survived by three sons; Michael H. Jones and his wife Margaret of Middletown, RI, John E. Jones and his wife Sharon of Maine and David B. Jones of Florida. She also leaves behind three daughters; Lisette A. Bohensky and her husband William B. of Portsmouth, RI, Mary Leary and her husband Tom, of New Hampshire, and Janet G. Arsenault of Newport, seventeen grandchildren, thirty one great grandchildren and her sister Carol Amoruso of Middletown, RI. She was the sister of the late Doris V. Freitas, John J. Jessey and Charles Williams.She will be greatly missed by her family.Funeral services are private.
