Flora Easterbrooks

Middletown, - Flora L. Vars Easterbrooks, 92, of 600 Valley Road Middletown, formerly of County Street Newport, died Friday, December 3, 2004 at John Clarke Nursing Center Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Richard B. Easterbrooks. Born in Newport, RI on July 11, 1912, she was the daughter of the late William J. and the late Jennie Kelley Vars. She is survived by a son Peter B. Easterbrooks, and her daughter Suzanne Easterbrooks both of Newport, RI, two brothers Richard Vars of Portstmouth, RI and Robert Vars of California, three sisters Jean Livingston of Newport, RI, Dolores Bond of California and Genevieve Clarke of Middletown, RI. eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.She was the mother of the late Margaret A. Bruno.She was also the sister of the late Edward Vars, Harold Vars, William Vars, Frances Munroe, Doris Lalli, Alice Vars and Ruth Klinfelter A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in the Memorial Funeral Home 375 Broadway NewportBurial will be private.
