Frances E. Dunski

Portsmouth, - Frances E. Sterneman Dunski, 80, of 28 Donna Avenue Portsmouth, died Thursday, May 22, 2003 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI.She was the wife of the late John Joseph Dunski. Born in Newport, RI on May 3, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Daniel W. and Ruth V. Brigham Sterneman. Mrs. Dunski was a member of St. Pauls Womans Society. She worked at the former Joe Vis store in Newport, at the Belcourt Castle as a Hostess, at the former A P and she and her husband both were custodians at St. Pauls Church for 20 years. She is survived by her daughter Sandra Rose of Portsmouth, RI, her son Stuart A. Dunski of Westfield, MA, her sister Norma Scaldino of Newport, RI, three granddaughters Maryanne Sawyer of Newport, RI who was also her caregiver Sally D. Felix and Sunny Dunski both of Westfield, MA, and her great grandson Maxwell Felix of Westfield, MA.Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2003, at 11:00 AM in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown. Donations in her memory may be made to the St. Paul United Methodist Church, 12 Marlborough Street, Newport, RI 02840.
