Francis E. Lombardo

Middletown, RI - Franics E. Lombardo, 73, of Ludlow Road, Middletown, RI, died peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence.He was the beloved husband of 51 years to Marie E. (Correia) Lombardo.Born on January 26, 1942 in Medina, NY, he was the son of the late Premiel and Jennie (Withtowski) Lombardo.Mr. Lombardo was a 20 veteran of the United States Navy having served during Vietnam, retiring as a Radioman First Class Petty Officer. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed painting.In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Debra Perreault of South Portland, ME, Richard Lombardo, Jennine Lombardo of Virginia, and James and John Lombardo of Middletown, RI; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
