Frank Trudell

Frank J. Trudell, Jr., 73, of 59 Everett Street Middletown, died Monday, April 1, 2002 at home.He was the husband of Anna Cruz Trudell. Born in Roxbury, MA on October 22, 1928, he was the son of the late Frank and Grace Wentworth Trudell Sr.Mr. Trudell was a Rhode Island National Guard for 10 years and worked for 33 years for the Newport Oil Company retiring in 1988. He was a member of the Middletown Knights of Columbus for many years and a communicant of Jesus Saviour Church. Besides his wife he is survived by four sons Frank Paul Trudell of Middletown, RI, Robert Trudell of Middletown, RI, Thomas Trudell of Bondsville, MA, James Trudell of Laconia, NH, one daughter Lorie ONeill of Newport, RI, eight grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.He was the brother of the late Alfred Trudell and Edna Maitland. His funeral will be held on Friday, April 5, 2002 at 8:00 AM from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9:00 AM in Jesus Saviour Church, Broadway And Vernon Avenue, Newport.
