Newport, RI - Frederick deMello, Jr., beloved son, brother, uncle, great uncle, companion and friend 43, of 76 Broadway, Newport, RI, died Monday, October 20, 2008 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI. Born in Newport, RI on October 22, 1964, he was the son of Delores Newton Vincent of Chaumont, NY and the late Frederick deMello, Sr. Fred worked as a cook locally as well as in upstate New York. Besides his mother, he is survived by his siblings Tina Morris of Newport, RI, Daniel Vincent of Mesa, AZ, Christopher Vincent of Chaumont, NY, Kimberly Vincent Gonzalez of Athens, GA, Kathaleen Vincent of Schenectady, NY, Pamela deMello of Middletown, RI, Peter deMello of Burrillville, RI, Paul deMello of Grand Junction, CO, Rebeccah Sidell of Newport, RI, Cheryle Bradley of Columbus, OH, Joseph Vincent of North Kingstown, RI and Elizabeth Sams of Grand Junction, CO he also leaves behind nieces, nephews and his companion Kathleen Collins.
