Vincent Malgieri, 60, of 77A Unity Drive Middletown, formerly of 72 Bliss Mine Road, Middletown , RI died Sunday, January 16, 2005 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI. He was the husband of Patricia Pauline Michaud Malgieri. Born in Newport, RI on Mar. 24, 1944, he was the son of the late Elia ?Leo? Malgieri and the late Elizabeth F Esposito Malgieri. Mr. Malgieri attended the St. Marys Grammar School and was a graduate of the former De Le Salle Academy in 1961. After high school, he worked for the former Joseph Barbarow Company in Middletown, then became a partner in the former Malgieri and Nuzzo Construction Company, After working for SDS Construction he then joined the Nuzzo and Campion Stone Company as a senior estimator. Gino was a communicant of St. Marys Church, a member of Knights of Columbus - Newport Council 102 and was a past Grand Knight. Mr. Malgieri was also a member of General Rosecrans Assembly 4th degree Knights of Columbus. In his free time, he enjoyed going to his Maine retreat as much as possible.. He is survived by Wife Patricia P. Malgieri of Middletown, RI, Son Gennaro V. Malgieri of Manlius, NY, Daughter Renee Little of Middletown, RI, Brother Elia P. Malgieri of New York, NY, Grandson Richard Little of Middletown, RI, Granddaughter Rachael Little of Middletown, RI, His funeral will be held Wednesday, Jan. 19, at 07:00 PM in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, RI.
