George Philip Hudson

Chesapeake, VA - George Philip Hudson, 37, of 12 Keswick Circle, Chesapeake, VA, died Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI. Born in Newport, RI on December 24, 1970, he was the son of Mary Hancock Hudson of Omaha, NE and the late George V. Hudson. George was a 1989 graduate of Rogers High School. He owned Rainman Irrigation in Virginia for the past two years. George was an avid hockey player, was fun loving and lived life to the fullest. Besides his mother, he is survived by his sisters June Weddle and her husband Brian of Gulfport, MS and Lynn Larson and her husband Matt of Omaha, NE, his nephew Nathan Weddle and his niece Corbin Weddle of Gulfport, MS. His funeral will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2008, at 8:00 pm in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Burial will be private.Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2008, from 7-9pm in the funeral home.
