Middletown, RI - Glenn Scot Thomson, 42, of 164 Park Holm, Newport, RI, died Thursday, March 10, 2005 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI. Born in Bremerton, WA on August 7, 1962, he was the son of Wilma Appleton Thomson of Middletown, RI and the late James M. Thomson. Glenn was a cook at the former Howard Johnsons Restaurant, the Inn on the Harbor and other various restaurants in the Newport area. Besides his mother he is survived by his children Andrew Thomson and Marion Thomson both of Portsmouth, RI, his brother James Murray III of Coventry, RI and his sister Darlene Wilson of Middletown, RI. His funeral will be held on Monday, March 14, 2005, at 11:00 AM in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown, RI.
