Gregory R. Achilles

Middletown, RI - Gregory R. Achilles, 51, of Middletown, RI, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 3, 2011. Born in Newport, RI on May 14, 1960, he was the son of Ralph L. and Carmela Ianniello Achilles. He was the loving fianc of Jill Homen. Greg was a kindhearted, generous man of his word. He was a supportive, caring, compassionate person who loved to help others. He is survived by his brothers, Nick and Henry Achilles, his sisters Mary Maitland and Norma Miller, three nieces, one great nephew and his former wife Christina Treger Achilles. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him, especially his pets, Max and Bella. Calling hours will be held Sunday, September 11 from 1-4pm in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871. Memorial donations in Gregs memory may be made to the charity of ones choice.
