Boca Raton, - Haline Lee Kozlowski Stark, 78, of 15 Royal Palm Way Boca Raton, formerly of Chicago, died Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at Rhode Island Hospital Providence, RI. Born in Chicago, IL on September 29, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Valerie Sporney Kozlowski.She is survived by two daughters Deborah Stark Fonseca of Newport, RI, and Linda Pires of Oakland, NJ, her granddaughter Jennifer Pires of Norton, MA, her grandson Richard Pires Jr. of Bridgewater, NJ, and two great granddaughters Anna Pires and Lily Pires. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.
