Haralambos I. Psilos, 86, of Sunset Path, Sudbury, MA, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the Lahey Clinic in Sudbury, MA.He was the husband of Anastasia (Mamatsis) Psilos for the past 55 years.Born in Agra, Lesvos, Greece on May 24, 1926, he was the son of the late Ioannis and Melpomeni (Ioakmidis) Psilos.Mr. Psilos was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church in Newport, RI. He enjoyed gardening and traveling, especially back to his village in Greece. He mostly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Ioannis H. Psilos and his wife Joanne of Sudbury, MA and Christos H. Psilos and his wife Connie of Middletown, RI; three grandchildren, Anastasia Ekaterini Psilos, Haralambos C. Psilos and Anastasia Elena Psilos; and two sisters, Chrissa and Maria, back in Greece.His funeral will be held on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 9 am from Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, RI, followed by a service in St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church, 390 Thames Street, Newport, RI.
